【理論的「よく眠れる方法」 Theoretical way of sleeping】

Here is an idea for having easy sleep.

Three things to do after returning home is exercise, shower and dinner.
We are activated and then tired after exercise.
After taking shower, we feel refreshed and then get sleepy.
We become drowsy immediately after dinner.

Therefore, the order should be exercise, shower and dinner.
All the sedative effect sychronize and we can fall asleep easily.

Comclusion: Exercise, shower and dinner is the best order for easy sleep.

My wife told me to pick her up at the airport.
Because I have a plenty of time, I'll take a walk before picking.

There is a nice park close to my work place.
However, I walked around the airport after I arrived there.

For, I was concerned about a traffic jam.
If I walk at the park and am late at the airport because of traffic jam, it will cause a serious mistake.

If I start earlier, I will have much time to walk around the airport.
In that case, a traffic jam is acceptable.
Even if I arrived at the airport on time, I would just give up walking.
That's it.

Conclusion: You had better walk after arrival rather than before starting.

Typical stories for a tall guy】

I really enjoyed "Typical stories for a tall guy."
I'm more than 6 feet tall, extremely tall as a Japanese.
So, I agree to each story.

On the train, a strap is annoying. I grab an iron bar.
A hanging poster touches my head.

Ordinary people don't experience such things, I hear.

A giant comes walking toward me.
I was taller than him.

That's a true story.

Let me show you my stories.

LL size cloth is small for me.
On the plane, my knees kick the front seat.
On the bus, my head hits the ceiling.
I have a lumbago when I do dishes.
I sometimes have an impact on my head on the street. That is a signboard.
It's scary to see a man who is as tall as I.

Conclusion: Now it's a gag for me, but was a sad story in my younger days.

When I was a kid, I didn't care the effort performance in studying.

I read books because I wanted to read them.
I studied because I wanted to know.

That's it.  I didn't expect any results.

It worked.
Do what you love and success will come.

I should love talking in English, if I want to master it.
I want to know what it says, and then I read an English book.
I want to communicate with other people, therefore I talk in English.
I write in English for communication.

The best way to learn English might be to enjoy talking and reading.

Conclusion: Let's enjoy learning English.
