花粉の季節がやってきた。
昨年は驚くほど花粉の影響がなかった。
今年は目の痒みと鼻汁にやられている。
花粉じゃなくて黄砂かもしれない。
これまで内服や鼻スプレーの抗ヒスタミン薬を用いることが多かった。
でも、コンビニでみつけたアレルシャットが最も効果的。
鼻腔内に塗って物理的に花粉を遮断するものだ。
これを塗ってマスクをすれば鼻汁はなんとかなる。
目の痒みは、今のところ耐えるしかない。
結論：花粉にはアレルシャットが最強

I had almost no hay fever last year, however, this year, I'm suffering from nasal drip and itchy eyes.
The allergen might not be pollen, but could be yellow sand.
